It takes courage to want change. I value that.

If you are seeking support for relationship issues, burnout related to work, parenting or high performance or to address past and or recent trauma, we may be a good fit. As a relationship and trauma psychotherapist, I specialize in working with adults identifying as deep feelers, high achievers, or neurodivergent.

About

My approach to Therapy

*** Accepting new clients between 8-3pm, Tues, Thurs & Friday w/ the option for in person care by the summer of 2024 My healing process is rooted in restoring connection to not just make sense of "what happened to us, but what happened inside us as a result" (Gabor Mate) of our experiences. I engage in therapy with curiosity, kindness, intention and humor. My work is deeply influenced by ongoing transformation in my own life through the care of my therapists, colleagues, and support systems. I am a neurodivergent-affirming provider. This means I am aware of the unique needs and challenges of the neurodivergent individual including those with attention, sensory, or executive functioning related needs and incorporate those into care. I am licensed and able to see client's in the states that reside in the state of Washington and North Dakota. I primarily do this via telehealth, but will have the option of limited in-person care by the summer of 2024. We will spend time in our first 1-3 sessions to focus on processing fit, determining your treatment goals and agreeing on a plan for your care. Every provider is different. I encourage you to consult with multiple providers to determine the style and fit that is best for you. Personally, I am have been married for almost 15 years and have three elementary age children. In my free time I enjoy coaching and playing competitive soccer and being active in the local community.
